When my wife and I were interested in Condos in the Vail/Beaver Creek area, we were reluctant to 'cold call' a realtor we didn't know so we did some asking around. Chadd's name came up through a trusted business owner here in Boulder. Within a couple of days he was showing us properties and we have never looked back. Not only did he have integrity in all possible ways, he was very easy going and made us feel comfortable throughout the process . The biggest standout in the experience with him was he actually talked us out of a more expensive property (he would have made more money!).
